3. Practice: Practice will be after school until 5:00. Please make arrangements to have players picked up in a timely manner. Each player will be expected to be at every practice. A missed practice will result in limited playing time for the next game. Athletes must have work-out clothes, shin-guards, cleats & flats/tennis shoes for every practice. Athletes may not walk to Taco Casa or Whataburger after school. They must be picked up at Rice field. 3

4. Games: For each missed game, athletes will sit the first half of the next game. For two missed consecutive games, athletes will sit the next entire game. Each athlete will wear the assigned uniform for each game. Athletes will need to purchase socks from an athletic store (Academy, Sports Authority, etc.). 8 th grade: RED socks 7 th grade: BLUE socks Team members are expected to have uniforms & socks for every game. Athletes must have UIL appropriate shin guards. Team members are free to go home after school but must be at Rice Field 30 minutes before home games. 4

5. EQUIPMENT INFORMATION YOUR DAUGHTER WILL BE PROVIDED WITH THE FOLLOWING : One jersey top One pair of shorts This equipment is property of MISD and must be returned. Your daughter will be required to replace any lost or damaged equipment per MISD policy. 5

6. EXPECTATIONS OF PLAYERS 1.Pass all classes every six weeks 2.Be on time with all equipment 3.Be respectful to coaches, administrators, and teachers 4.Be a good teammate 5.Focus and Hustle 6.Be coach-able 7.Follow all MISD policies 8.Call/email when she will not be at practice 6

13. Sport Specific Policies/Procedures If a practice or game is cancelled, a message will be immediately posted on our website, sent via Remind 101, and posted on the Soccer Edmodo group. The team members will then be notified and allowed to contact a parent. We will not have games or practices the day of a High School playoff game. 13
