4 RFID and Telecommunication Services DO: Combine the benefits of the silicon chip and radio frequencies to provide increased levels of product and asset visibility across the supply chain Offer companies compelling opportunities to improve their business processes Target a wide spectrum of industrial, academic and institutional players active in the RFID technology and/or applications-related research and innovation WILL DO: Allow technology companies to commit themselves to the rapid development and adoption of worldwide global standards Allow companies to securely and confidently implement RFID technology
