15 EU 2004 & 2007 Member States www.ePSIplus.net The Islands: Cyprus & Malta The only Member States that do not have an Access law (Freedom of Information) although in December 2008 the Maltese President signed off the Malta Freedom of Information Act (2008) it apparently has not yet come into force. There is no evidence that Cyprus has yet completed the further implementation document that their PSI transposition states will be delivered within 6 months! Slovenia Has the strongest PSI Regulator of the EU27 Latvia & Lithuania Both countries have undertaken a survey of the PSI market.
