Many school districts have strict firewalls on their computer networks. Be sure to include a personal email address in your profile to avoid missing emails in your spam folder.

All at your convenience – whenever it fits YOUR schedule Select the “Go” button to view the details of your reservation. This is the portal for all of your event details.

Let’s break down all of the information available on this page…

If you need to change the park, or the date you are traveling, no need to cancel, just click here to change the date or the park.

No need to add multiple reservations. All of the ensembles from your school can be added (or deleted) right here. Be sure to indicate how many performers in each ensemble to aid in stage set-up for your performance. If you change the number of performers, be sure to also change your ticket counts on the next step.

DON’T FORGET to include all attendees (even directors) in your counts. All complimentary tickets will automatically be deducted and reflected on your invoice. We do the math for you!

Pay attention to the deadlines listed here. Add the dates under your reservation to your calendar so that you update your reservation online without any penalties.

If you see a red line, you did NOT order the available meal option for your group.

Here is the dollars and cents portion of your event. You can make a payment, or print your invoice at any time. No need to wait for us to send it to you! Our website contains live information so your invoice is always a current reflection of any payments or credits.

If you are, enter your travel planner’s contact information under this link. Travel planners are an excellent resource to help with all the details of your event. Our preferred travel partner is EPN Travel Services (www.epntravel.com).www.epntravel.com For other tour operator options, please visit www.syta.org www.syta.org

For your convenience, we have included an onscreen link to email a festival director for your event. You may work with any one of our directors for assistance with your event – not just the one listed on your reservation. Our dedicated team is here to answer all of your questions regarding any event you are attending.

We will contact you via email when it is your turn to login and select your performance time(s). The blue “Schedule” button will appear on your reservation page once it is your turn to schedule.

Once you click the schedule button, you will see a new screen with your ensembles and performance times. Now scroll down the page…

Here are all the details of your performance location(s) Each icon gives you more details…

If you click on the compass icon… …a Google Map will open showing directions from your location to the performance venue.

If you click on the equipment icon… …a list of equipment that will be provided at your performance site will open.

If you click on the email icon (and your computer auto directs to your mail service)… …an outgoing email will open. Please feel free to contact the host with any questions regarding the performance venue or equipment.

Our online portal allows you to control what you print and when you print it. Once you submit your reservation, you are in the driver’s seat. No bulky binders. No mailings from Music In The Parks. Just point, click and get the information you need.
