6 Huntsville Engineering Center (HNC) Support specialized missions requiring unique technical expertise in national or broadly scoped programs –Integrate facilities crossing geographical boundaries –Require commonality, standardization, multiple-site adaptation, or technology transfer –Require centralized management structure for effective control of program development, coordination, and execution –Require services not normally provided by other Corps elements
