7 © NIH National Center for Image-Guided Therapy, November, 2008 Create a Fiducial List Move your mouse into any 2D slice window and then press P key while holing left mouse button. You will see a fiducial right way, which is named L-P

8 © NIH National Center for Image-Guided Therapy, November, 2008 Configure Tractography Module Go to Fiducial Seeding by the following sequence: Modules -> Tractography -> Seeding -> Fiducial Seeding In the tab of Tractography Seeding From Fiducial – Set L for Select FiducialList or Model – Set Create New Fiber Bundle for Output Fiber Bundle Node
