2. Introduction My E-Commerce initiative I intend to make a service were you can listen and download all type of music online. The name I will be choosing for my company will be Music on Da Go. The reason I pick this as my initiative for my paper is because I am a student that likes to listing to music and in the past I would use a company called lime wire to download music but using this company to download music was illegal and there was a time I got into trouble for using this website.

3. Marketing The demographics of my company sales will between the age group of 15-54. Dealing with pricing I will use net pricing and bundling. For pricing you have a choice to have a monthly pass to download music, or you can buy the songs whenever you want. We will use bundling to attract more customers with deals.

4. Security Some of my asset that may be at risk in my company are credit cards, the music being downloaded, account information, fraud from fake company, and viruses. To help protect our company people with credit card must use pay pal to make any money transaction. To help keep your account safe as a company we will ask you to change your password at least twice a year. The final thing our company will do to make sure our customers are safe is making sure our servers and computers do not have any malware or viruses and we will do this by have MSE, Malwarbytes, and Kaspersky Business Space Security.

5. Starting my business My domain for this website will be musicondago.com and this site is available according to fasterwhois.com. I will be using godaddy.com to register my domain. It will cost $9.99 for a year to register musicondago.com. I will use ipage.com to host my company because it is cheap, and they offer unlimited disk space free domain, free security, free support, and free design for only $3.50 a month. The company I will use to make my website will be PLAVEB, because they make web pages and mobile pages which I both need in my company.

6. SWOT Analysis I feel that my company has strength with its mobile service, pricing, and safety. Our company weaknesses being a new business, and competing with a big businesses might affect us when we first start up our company. Opportunities in my company I feel deals with social networks like Face book. Threats that I have on my company is the threat of breaking the promise of making a secured site.
