2 Pure Survey © 2006 to 2014. Rights reserved Survey Overview: Capvest Wealth Management invited their clients to participate in an online Key Client Survey. An email invitation was sent to clients on 19 th May 2014, which included a link to the survey. The Key Client Survey for 2014 was closed on the 2 nd June 2014. Survey Methodology: Various question types were used in order to ascertain Key Clients preferred methods for communication, social media usage and the importance of the various financial services which Capvest offers to their clients. Individual responses will be kept confidential and the report findings are based on the collective feedback.

Phillip is doing more than enough and goes out of his way to help us and make us feel important No improvement needed, Philip and his office are doing a excellent job Maybe more detail re alternative investments with risk rewards discussion It's great as it is. Transparency and honesty I value the interpersonal communication and that my needs and situation is kept in mind when calculating and discussing investment and retirement opportunities. Also value that I am not treated as stupid but time is taken to discuss and explain issues to me. Personal contact and service Personalised service and prompt feedback.
