2 About the urgent appeal of God’s messengers: 2 Cor. 5:20-21 –Hear the emotion! –Note the source! –Consider what He’s done! 2 Cor.6:1-13 –See the urgency! –Observe the selfless appeal! –Clearly for our good! –Be fair and honest! I must open my eyes to generous souls who care and sacrifice for me.

7 Separated unto God has always been the objective: Abraham & descendants! The exodus & God’s people! Holy in all the book of Leviticus! Laws against Gentile association! Separation on return from captivity! 1 Corinthians 15:33 Ephesians 5:8-11 1 Peter 4:4

8 “Therefore, having these promises, beloved, let us cleanse ourselves From all filthiness Perfecting holiness In the fear of God Separate from the world unto God

9 “I will dwell in them And walk among them. I will be their God, And they shall be My people.”
