7 TIME ANALYSIS OF MATERIAL FLOW WITH MTM - LOGISTICS The development of the process of the standard elements logistics operation is not yet complete. The development of the process elements is proceeded by the following general process conditions:  Standard procedures run on orders which are characterized by frequent repeatability,  The worker has a job and transport means for carrying out work tasks,  Jobs are created by spectrum of task. 9 CECOL 2012 Trnava TIME ANALYSIS OF MATERIAL FLOW WITH MTM - LOGISTICS SAMPLE From the warehouse to the assembly hall through sliding mast forklift stacker are transported necessary parts for assembly. Parts for mounting are transported in folding boxes, and these are stacked at 1 m height from the floor. The folding boxes are unloaded in the assembly hall on palette, which lies on ground. The start of measuring is by the walking to FS at a distance of 5 m and the end is after Fser orientation in to the reverse driving direction. The road from the warehouse to the point of unloading is 30 m long and the amount of curves per trip is around 4.
