3 INC Report to the NANC – November 30, 2005 3 CO/NXX Subcommittee Issue 468: Remove TBPAG Appendix 7 and Modify COCAG Appendix C for Pooled NXX Returns INC received a reply from the NAPM LLC approving INC s request that NPAC ad hoc reports provided to the NANPA can be shared with the PA. These NPAC ad hoc reports provide the names of SPs with ported TNs to assist in identifying a new LERG Assignee for NXX codes that have been returned or abandoned. The reports should help reduce the risk of service interruption.

4 INC Report to the NANC – November 30, 2005 4 VoIP Subcommittee Correspondence transmitting the NANC report, VoIP Service Providers Access Requirements for NANP Resource Assignments – NANC Report and Recommendation by the Future of Numbering Working Group, was received by the INC. INC VoIP Subcommittee was reactivated to examine the NANC report. NANC report will be used to consider any potential changes to INC guidelines in anticipation of FCC action.

5 INC Report to the NANC – November 30, 2005 5 NPA Subcommittee US Dept. of Navy (DoN) Request for NPA Correspondence was received (10/24/05) from the DoN noting that pursuing a dedicated area code would not benefit the Department at this time. As a result, INC placed Issue 459 into Initial Closure on November 17th during a virtual meeting. Correspondence was sent to the DoN and those committees that had provided input noting INCs action.
