1. Africa has more than 62,000 Assemblies of God churches, but only about 21,000 trained pastors. The remaining pastors have never been to Bible school. Many pastors lead 4 or 5 churches. 20 years ago, there were fewer than 3 million people in AG churches in Africa. Today there are more than 15 million. 20 years ago, there were about 7,000 students in Bible training programs. Today there are more than 14,000.

2. Africas Hope provides Bible training for the pastors of Africa. Africas Hope provides funds for Bible schools, including tuition, books, computers, and food. Africas Hope provides Bible- teaching materials for pastors and church leaders. Africas Hope provides missions training to church leaders.
