If the chares are not sold to these citizens other citizens, who have their permanent residence in the municipality can buy the shares. The erector of the wind turbine shall advertise the project in local newspaper and offer at least 20 percent of the value (cost price) of the wind turbine to local citizens. As shareholder you are treated as the erector in respect of cost, income, risk and influence 6
