Where skills are imported care must be taken to ensure cultural relevance  Advocacy Skills  Statistical analysis, coordination skills  Form Regional Associations of Gender Affairs Agencies with the capacity to lobby, advocate, train and attract funding to move the process.

6  Repository for research on Gender-based violence  Generate Reports based on the reporting periods established.  Report must be able to inform decision- making  Constant improvement in the areas covered

7  An online central registry is for future consideration  There are a number that must be in place before that can be done such as ensuring security and confidence in data.
