Today topic So far now, most urban transportation systems are focused on separated systems, featured by different services to operate and manage the city Recently, they are changed into the integrated and standard systems by the development and variety of technologies Thus, the current ITS need to be changed into the user-oriented, i.e., u- Service system.

18 17 Issues of u-Transportation Integration of information related contents for anytime, anywhere, any service Roadmap for applying technologies and realizing the services Re-construction of ITS architectures because it did not consider new emerging solutions such as ubiquitous Participation in other standardization projects in u-City for including the needs of ITS into ubiquitous standardization Solutions for privacy problem for ITS services like as acquiring traffic information

19 18 Conclusions Need to change the paradigm of the current ITS u-Transportation in u-City Need to build the roadmap for ITS development based on understanding the ubiquitous technologies Need to prepare for the open platform to support the integrated ITS services
