Of Agric. Services Lab or two vacant positions 1.55 FTE in research 0.23 FTE in teaching (Athens, Griffin and Tifton)

5 University of Georgia College of Agricultural and Environmental Sciences Department of Crop and Soil Sciences www.cropsoil.uga.edu Extension Program Development Team Development and Leadership –Cotton, Peanut, Tobacco, Grains, Soybeans, Turf, Forages, Conservation Agriculture, etc. –Teams consists of agronomist, pathologist, entomologist, economist, USDA-ARS, other university and government agencies, growers, industry reps –Agronomist provide leadership Applied Research Programs –Integral part of program development –Research is disproportionate to the appointment Out of necessity to support Extension program dev.
