Elementary Collaboration (PLC) and Professional Development Wednesday Early Release – last 45 minutes Letter of Agreement 2014-15 First and Third Wednesday : Staff will submit brief agenda of their own choice and brief notes. Administrators are welcome to attend. Meetings will be focused on student learning around one or more of Rick DuFour’s four questions. Second and Fourth Wednesday: Peer collaboration or professional development. The building leadership team shall meet to determine the content of this time for these two weeks per month.

11. EVALUATION MOU Use of the EVAL system is optional. Training will be offered. Student Growth Data shall mean the change in student growth or achievement between two points in time, as initially identified by the teacher, and determined in collaboration with the administrator during the goal setting conference. FOCUSED evaluation: if you choose 1, 2, 4, 5, or 7 you must show student growth through the Student Growth Rubric of 3 OR 6.
