1 + Let’s Save the Ocean! Kido Associates:Joliya, Alyssa, Sydney, Mia, Madison, and, Emma

2 + Ocean’s Importance The ocean has 328,000,000 cubic miles of seawater on earth! Just about 97% of all water on earth, is in oceans. The ocean accounts for 0.022 percent of the total weight of earth. A lot of people enjoy the beauty of the ocean, but might not understand that there use of boating, construction, and ignoring protected areas can hurt the oceans and it’s resources to keep the ocean alive. We should keep planning the growth and development.

3 + Purple Coral Purple Coral is a beautiful neon plant. The color is rare in most oceans. They are important because provide homes for other coral.

4 + Manatees The manatees’ relatives is the elephant and the hyrax. The hyrax is a mammal. Manatees are herbivores. Usually, adult manatees are ten feet long and weigh about 800 through 1,200 pounds. Most manatees are found at shallow river, saltwater bays and coastal regions.

5 + Algae The largest algaes are kelp and they can be to 200ft. Algae is the main food for fishes. They also make up paint, and stabilizer in foods.

6 + Belugas Beluga whales were discovered by the Spanish explores in 1719. They are dangerous animals. They are important because they are very social so they keep animals company.

7 + Sea Grass Sea Grass has many jobs in it’s environment. These sea plants are found in shallow water when the sun’s light can still reach them. Without sea grass homes, beaches, and businesses would be sustain even more damage during storms.
