2 Achievements/education Achieved Honor Roll in both grade 10 and 11 by maintaining good marks and work habits Acquired “Duke of Edinburgh” Bronze Level Certificate, which involved a number of challenges (one being a solo overnight trip)

3 My interests Playing piano Reading Swimming Traveling

4 References Victor B. Mata –workplace manager– would say I am punctual and have a strong work ethic and can work well in a fast-paced environment Elaine Taylor – piano teacher – would say I am hardworking and persistent when it comes to learning and performing piano pieces

5 Healthy Living To maintain a healthy lifestyle, I hope to join swimming next year at university as it has always been a sport I enjoyed In order to try and maintain a healthy lifestyle I plan to abstain from going out to any of the fast-food chains on campus

6 Post-secondary plans I am planning on enrolling in the University of Western Ontario and studying social sciences I am considering continuing on to law school after I get my bachelors

7 Future Goals of mine My short-term goals include attending University in London, Ontario and taking a variety of different courses to find out what really interests me Some of the courses I’m interested in are sociology, political sciences and film studies, as well as criminology I plan to take a gap year after I get my bachelors in order to travel to countries in Europe and possibly Asia

12 What I’m looking forward to Going to a university outside of B.C and getting the “university experience” Living in residence Meeting new people from different places Studying social sciences and finding out which aspects interest me most Getting to experience a new place (even if it is still in Canada)

13 Lifestyle In 10-15 years I am not fully sure what I will be doing, but I hope to find myself successful in some kind of law-related job (such as family or criminal law) I hope to have a lifestyle that enables me to travel often and not be rooted in one place
