4. Security One primary Team Lead function is to provide Manager Approval when there are discrepancies with scanned tags. Create an Approval Key (see a Sale Assistant if you have not yet done so) Forgot your key? Ask a Sale Assistant How to use the Approval Key: When there is a tag discrepancy “Manager Approval” is needed. 1.Compare the description on the tag to the item. Does it match? 2.Compare the data on the tag (consignor number, price, item number) with the informaton on the check-out screen. Does it match? If yes, continue. If no, correct. 3. Proceed with the transaction and enter your Approval Key where indicated. We are able to track Manager Approval’s and you may be asked about the transaction.

Customer Service Outstanding Customer Service begins with you! 1.Can I help you find something? 2.What are you looking for today? 3.Do you need an extra shopping bag? 4.Do you need a pen? 5.Do you have any questions? 6.Have you shopped here before? 7.Would you like to know how it works? 8.How can I help you? Be a great example and a positive leader for Premier Consignors by asking great questions: Positive Statements to Use: 1.What a great deal! 2.You are a great shopper! 3.We love meeting new 3bf moms! 4.I love how I earn on unwanted items! 5.Share your 3bf experience Things best left unsaid: 1.Will you hurry up? 2.Your kid is being too loud. 3.That’s all you’re buying? 4.I can’t wait to leave. 5.I didn’t find anything

Promote Distribute fliers all over town Post on Craig’s List (ideally with photos) during Sale Week Post on local selling walls Tag friends and family on our Facebook posts SHARE, LIKE, COMMENT and POST on our Facebook page Participate in contests Distribute Guest Passes to people that have never shopped or consigned.

7. Remember! Arrive a few minutes early to check in with Sale Assistants Sign-in and sign-out so your shift will count! Wear a 3BF t-shirt & name tag (provided) or 3BF apron YOU are important! Your role is crucial to keeping items secure and making sure they were scanned correctly and paid for! YOU are the person to really connect with new Premier Consignors.
