13. Why U of A at UPAEP in Puebla, Mexico? Program takes place at the Universidad Popular Autónoma del Estado Puebla (UPAEP) and includes a five week summer course. University Language Center offers the Spanish Immersion Program (PITEE). This program combines the learning of the language and culture hand in hand. Top-notch academic and exercise facilities in a garden setting on a self- enclosed campus with wireless internet.
