10 SAR Validation Each SAR is subject to a validation process led by the Principal and Executive Director of Collegiate College. The validation process tests the relevance of the information included as well as questioning the evidence provided (particularly how and where this can be linked to student success).

12 Performance Review Process Aligned to key strategic objectives (included within ‘core competencies’) 3 targets for each member of staff with measures for Good and Outstanding Lecturer incremental progression based on meeting the minimum target threshold Performance Related Pay for Outstanding achievement of targets (must link through with student success)
