7 Why this topic? (1) GTL Center CCR CoP Problem of Practice  Principals struggle with workload  What *must* *principals* do and what might other district, school, and teacher leaders do? (assistant principals, coaches, etc.)  Principals struggle to perform both managerial and instructional leadership roles (and really struggle with leading second order change) 6
