3. Easter is a symbol of new life. In England it happens on the first Sunday after the first full moon in spring. It is dedicated to Jesus Christ resurrection. Easter marks the end of winter and the beginning of spring. In The name Easter comes from Eostre. It is the name of the Saxon Goddess of spring.
