3 Purpose Object Subject Development of methods of organizational development, taking and uses progressive forms, methods and instruments of development of organization, and leading out enterprise to the foreign market. Experience of life cycle, stages and periods, and about that as a management is conducted organizational development on the Ukrainian and foreign examples of organizations. Improvement of model of organizational structure is due to organizational development of the enterprise of LTD «PivdenRuda» and leadingout of him to the world market.

The correct choice of leader of department of project development will allow to avoid additional resistance of employees and guarantees support of top management. A level of professionalism of participants of project must be ever-higher. Support of top management and grant of necessary resources often is key for success of project.
