4 The common understanding of citizenship Human being with equal rights Right - responsibility as an act of participation (giving and getting) Citizen as not a private person, its part of environment with relations being citizen, being part part of smth. (certain environment) inclusion-exclusion citizenship is violation between the rational choice, and emotional cultural identity (rational choice) emotional context - looking for safety several levels of identity (cultural, social, religion, intellectual...witch dominate identity is a right to choose being in.... ? being a citizen of... Being citizen means changing flag on the face rule and behavior

5 Common points regarding education for citizenship The citizenship could not be told, but could be learned Subject not important, important to have dialog together, being together Possible way to avoid the problem is make a choose: rules social skills community skills Political aspect - ability to use the instruments, elements of the political system, use the structures and control them. Practical learning to be a citizen should be done at many levels and in different ways - from kindergarten with practical learning and for parents, also in empirical ways

6 Conclusions one of the main conditions identify our self as a citizen is basic attitude one of the main conditions of learning for citizenship is willingness to be a citizen
