6. FAQs I made a donation and asked for a certificate to be mailed and it wasn’t. Why did it not go out? I would have heard from the recipient. Does my chapter receive credit if I make the gift over the phone with you? Why doesn’t a gift show on my treasurers’ report? Why can’t my keepers’ gift go to the tower? Why is the payment on my statement incorrect? Why do I get a statement every time? How do I get an accounting of my cumulative giving? Stop mailing me so many requests for money. Take me off your mailing list. I only want to be mailed one time a year. Stop sending me emails to give money, I only want to receive the President’s messages. I made a donation but never received a tax letter, how can I get one? Why is the return envelope going to Washington DC?
