26 Wellness Facts When you think of “Strength” what comes to your mind? Would you be surprised to know that there are different types of strength, and how you train or work out will impact your muscular strength and or muscular endurance?

27 STRENGTH Strength : the ability of a muscle or group of muscles to generate force. Absolute strength is the Max Amount of force that can be generated during one Max Effort. Dynamic Strength (muscular endurance) is the ability of a muscle to contract repeatedly over time.   Both Absolute and Dynamic Strength are needed when dealing with health related fitness…. something to think about.

47 Uniform Tip – Service Coat Grade Insignia is worn on both lapels. AB wear lapel insignia. Place insignia halfway up the seam, resting on but not over it. Bottom of insignia is horizontal with the ground Buttons are buttoned at all times Tie MUST be worn with the Service Coat Do NOT wear Service Coat to school unless directed to do so by the instructor
