2 In 2004, in collaboration with a customer, CLC invented the Safari- design as an alternative to traditional benchmarking approaches. Safari-processes combine learning expeditions into the life of consumers, customers or other industries, with WorkOut sessions, often called Camps, for inspired design of new practises. In 2008, in collaboration with Nokia IT, CLC designed the first Safari which involves both physical learning experiences with virtual-world dialogue in Second Life.
