Joining the State & National FFA Alumni Association In order to charter a local FFA alumni affiliate with the state and National FFA Alumni you must; 1) submit a roster with a minimum of ten annual and/or lifetime members, 2) submit your state and National dues, and 3) submit a copy of your bylaws and your charter application. 13. Benefits of joining The National FFA Alumni Association Obtain tax exemption qualification for your local affiliate after officially chartered with National. The National FFA Alumni provides $100,000 annually to local affiliates in the form of rebates, WLC scholarships, college scholarships, local chapter grants, and other awards.
