7 National Parent Helpline ® Staffed by trained Helpline Advocates – –Every call to the National Parent Helpline ® is answered by a trained Helpline Advocate who provides various supports and assistance to parents/caregivers. –National Parent Helpline ® Best Practice Institute held in January 2011 –Staffed by persons with extensive background and experience with Parents Anonymous ® –Multi-cultural and multi-lingual staff (English, Spanish, French and TTY)
