15 Company Commander Comments Largest Challenges:  Individuals still don’t want to follow the rules  Cadets not keeping MRI standards towards end of the year regardless of being told repeatedly  Having strict of formation discipline throughout the company Largest Successes:  Being able to change the anti-female culture  Being able to place top 5 in multiple parades  Being able to initiate the end to the “snitch” culture Largest Frustrations (by class):  4C: Didn’t get the class to grasp the concept to come forward about hazing when it occurred  3C: Wasn’t able to prevent hazing/ alcohol violations  2C: Wasn’t able to get the class to police each other/ hold each other to standards  1C: Not being able to get all my classmates to participate at ring day/ graduation due to HT/WT failures and PFT failures 15
