Step 2: TerrAfrica concept is developed and with core partners including the UNCCD Secretariat, and the GM. Step 3: Consultations on the initial concept held with partners - adjustments made in response to needs and feedback. Step 4: Framing workshop held. Step 5: Finalize an appropriate operational structure, set of guiding principles, and priority actions. Step 6: Regional Meeting to possibly coincide with the Africa Regional CRIC meeting in Bamako (to be confirmed). Step 8: Launching at the CRIC. Step 9: Report on implementation at COP 7.
