3 W HAT ARE C OUNT N OUNS ? Nouns expressed in plural form, usually with an “s” Refer to things that exist as individual units: concrete & specific Examples: princess, castle, dragon

4 W HAT ARE N ONCOUNT N OUNS ? Nouns that usually cannot be expressed in plural form Refer to things that cannot be counted: abstract or general meaning Examples: magic, love, snow
