11 11 The Basics of Re-entry  As long as they meet eligibility criteria, youth can re-enter  Two paths to re- entry: Voluntary Re-entry Agreement (VRA)* 388(e) Petition * Preferred path

12 12 388(e) Timelines Following filing:  Within 3 court days – court review of petition and 15 day hearing set  Within 15 court days – hold hearing  Within 60 days – submit new TILP and TILCP to the court  6 month hearing set 70 days from resumption of juris
