6  Proposal One  Increase Efforts to Hire Additional Drivers to Protect Instructional Time at Tier Two Schools  Adjust Tier Three Elementary Schools’ Bell Schedule  15 Minute Adjustment  Starting at 9:30 a.m. and Ending at 3:45 p.m.  Gives Tier Two Buses Doing Double Routes More Time to Get to Their Tier Three Schools  Proposal Two  Move Elephant’s Fork Elementary and Kilby Shores Elementary to Tier Three and Adjust Tier Three Elementary Schools’ Bell Schedule 15 Minutes  Provides Drivers for Tier Two Vacant Routes – Protecting Instructional Time  Those Drivers Could Then Be Used for Tier Three with the Additional 15 Minutes from the Adjustment of the Bell Schedule Transportation Update
