41. CSSSDSN provides trustee service for organizations and individuals who want but have no conditions to publish data and provide data service. 42. User are not allowed to transfer secret data from CESSDSN. Even if they are processed simply, such as unit transformation, storing media changing and so on. 43. Open data that users get from CESSDSN are not allowed to be used for commercial activities. They can be used only inside organization and are not allowed to put on internet.
