13. Women and Work Training Subsidy for female staff in cleaning or FM Strand 1 – any training (up to £300 grant) Strand 2 – management/supervisory (up to £750 grant) Employer minimum contribution - £95/12½% 85 places left Training must be complete by mid-February 2012!
