1. NEW IDENTITY.

2. “New identity” is a group of first year social digital students who look to develop their understanding of design and expand their identity through new experiences. Having a new identity, to us, is about adapting to new situations. We all have an identity but it is never permanent. Our identities are always changing to either suit new environments, people or events. In essence this is what brought us together as a group, as we have all recently had to adapt to the student lifestyle. We’ve realised since we began studying at DJCAD that identity is an important aspect to consider during the process of design, as the way in which a piece of design presents itself is part of how it communicates with the user. In our time here we hope to learn how to expand our identity in both a personal and professional way. Statement
