Contact ViaSat SBLO Assess if ViaSat has a Need for Materials or Services May Not have Need if Current Suppliers are Satisfactorily Performing Will Need Future Suppliers to Support Continuing Company Growth If Potential Need, then SBLO will Arrange for Supplier Self-Survey Supplier is Sent a Web-Link to Complete a Survey Capabilities Represent Potential Strategic Alignment with ViaSat’s Needs If a Self-Survey is Completed, ViaSat will Debrief the Supplier Either Meets Minimum Capability Threshold or Not If Meets Threshold and There’s Actual Need, Then will Visit Supplier Supplier Quality Certification Typical & Based on Visiting Supplier Site
