13 Overview of process Vision Protocol with Focus Groups o Individuals wrote and shared a Vision statement o Facilitators captured key words Vision to survey o 9 most used words/phrases from focus group Vision statements o Participants asked to rank in order by level of importance Vision to Large Group o Groups crafted statements using prioritized words from survey o Groups sent an individual to work in a “Vision Group” Northside ISD
