3. Mission & Vision Statement
It is the mission of the Health and Wellness ministry to minister to the health needs of the people of God through education, information and inspiration that they might honor God with their body.
It is the vision of the Health and Wellness Ministry to see the people of God be healthy and prosperous in their body, soul and spirit.

Semi-Annual Blood Drive
Last Sunday in April and October
In collaboration with the American Red Cross
Health Education
Medical Minute - provided monthly, beginning April 2013
Focuses on providing information on a specific health topic to educate and motivate the people of God to be good stewards of their bodies.

Team participation in the annual Diabetes Walk held by the American Diabetes Association – 1st Saturday in October
Diabetes Sunday – 2nd Sunday in November
World AIDS Day – 1st Sunday in December
To remember those who are living with HIV and AIDS in our church, community, city and beyond
