38 38 REN advocacy differentiators include –peering relationships (cost avoidance and high traffic volume - included) –redundant commodity feeds –people connections and resources RREN membership brings –RRENs are where you go if you need something maybe just a bit different - e.g., experimental or application support issues –ownership and control of regional resources which is a differentiator for some

39 39 Quilt Members and Services Above the Net The already impressive suite of value- added services for members offered by the regional networks continues to expand as community anchor institutions increasingly turn to their regional networks as trusted partners to provide solutions that address their specific strategic needs. Ties with I2 NET+ services
