8. 8 ITAT Tasks Develop and Maintain Capital Asset Plans (OMB Exhibit 300) and related financial summaries (OMB Exhibit 53) Formulate and Review the five year Capital Asset Plan for IT Develop the NESDIS-wide Enterprise IT Architecture and Planning Process Maintain the Technical Reference Model (TRM) Review and endorse the five-year Ground Systems PAC Budget Plan Form subgroups to Oversee and Address specific focus areas (e.g., Web, Telecommunications, Security, Office Support, Metadata, …)

14. 14 Draft Terms of Reference (TOR) The purpose of the ITAT Tool Set Assessment Team: Serve as the NESDIS technical focal point for IT solutions to operational system issues. The Tool Set Assessment Team will address these issues from a requirements, a business case, operational implementation, and a NESDIS enterprise architecture perspective. The Tool Set Assessment Team will recommend standards and draft policies pertaining to supporting operational capability and best practices for consideration by the ITAT.

29. 29 Web Team Activities Update Changes to NESDIS Web  Addition of breadcrumb navigation - FY04 milestone  Updated NESDIS satellite page – added data boxes for each satellite including altitude, location, and status - completed Changes to extended Web (i.e. new osdpd, ncdc…)  LOs maintain NESDIS Web banner and styles with redesigns Status of NOAA Web Policy 5  NGDC continues to work with the NOAA GC to create a maximum 2-page plain English template for Internet hosting agreements. Template approval hoped for by late spring.
