3 Gender-Responsive Programming for Girls – Track II Through funding NTTAC to manage a national TTA initiative focused on grant writing and capacity building, OJJDP sought to promote the President’s vision of leveling the “playing field” for faith-based and community organizations to identify, pursue, and secure Federal grants. Responsively, NTTAC established the Accessing Resources for Community and Faith-based Organizations (ARC) TTA Program. 5-3 5. 5 Gender-Responsive Programming for Girls – Track II The Federal Funding Toolkit was designed to reinforce and supplement information received during Regional Training Institutes. Distributed on CD, the toolkit contains: –A comprehensive set of tools for enhancing the journey through the Federal grants process –Web-based resources, PDF files, and recommended print resources –Eight resource domains arranged by topic area. 5-5 5.
