3 RV Dealer may participate in any or all of these programs. GAP offers the customer financial protection in the case of total loss of the RV at a time when the Finance Balance is higher than the RV’s Primary Insurer’s Payout. Theft protection provides additional insurance in the case of total loss due to Theft of the RV typically $5,000 and is typically paid in a combination of cash to the owner and a credit provided through you, bringing the customer back to purchase a replacement RV. CPO is a 3 Month / 3,000 Mile Warranty Included in the purchase price. RV is inspected and approved by you. CPO vehicle offer greater customer protection and often sell for more due to the added value. Often sets you apart from the competition. Wheel & Tire Protection – provides service in the case of a flat tire or a damaged rim.

4 Interior and Exterior Environmental Protection – Is a combination of technologies that when applied to the Interior surfaces protect them from UV and spill damage. When applied to the Exterior forms a bond with the Paint, Glasscoat, Decals to protect them from fading and the effects of UV, Bird Droppings, Acid Rain, and more. Offers a customer the opportunity to keep that NEW look for years. VSC – Vehicle Service Contracts offer the customer protection from unexpected repair bills. Pre-Paid Maintenance can be offered as a stand alone or in combination with any of the above products. It’s purpose is to keep that customer coming back to you for his maintenance. Fleet Warranty Dealership Management System is a complet DMS designed for the RV Dealer. It offers: Inventory control, Deal Desking, Forms Printing, Parts and Service, Accounting integration with Quick Books Pro and more. Best of all the cost may be offset by sales of the above contracts.

What this Program Offers RV Dealer program offers a combination of automated targeted marketing tools, using a variety of communications to build your profits and grow your business. Agencies who are members of the National Agent Coalition may participate and offer to their clients a unique marketing program targeted to their RV dealer members. The program offers a combination of automated targeted marketing tools, using a variety of communications means. Direct Mail – 4x6 post cards on which the dealer may specify his own message and select from a variety of RV-oriented marketing themes. Effective Emails - High quality email messages to customers to alert them to upcoming marketing campaigns. The dealer can select from several templates to create his own unique message and target customers who have provided email contact information. Automated Voicemail - Using the dealer voice, special marketing messages and thank you messages are created. Customer satisfaction programs can be automatically delivered to your customers, via automated phone calls on the days and times you select.

6 How Building the Customer Database Works All campaigns begin with a customer and prospect database. The database is built using information in the dealer management system. During the initial start-up phase of the program, the dealer will work with the Allegiance Administrator’s Service Center to determine the best manner to build and maintain the Customer Database. Conveniently Integrated - For dealers with the ADP or Reynolds and Reynolds Dealer Management Systems, electronic data extraction is available. For dealers with other dealer management systems, the Allegiance Administrator’s Service Center will determine if an automated electronic extraction is available. If not, the dealer staff can build an Excel based spreadsheet to load the Customer Database. * May not available in all states. Other terms and condition apply
