6 Office365 and iPad Apps Licensing limitations: –Students – Already licensed through Student Advantage. Requires a headcount of mailboxes and a $0 PO to execute. –Fac/Staff – Fac/Staff licenses require an uplift SKU from Microsoft. Two options for this exist, but initial cost estimates are $20/mailbox/year. O365 for University was $80/4 years $20/box/year initial cost provides additional value, but not enough to significantly differentiate the offering.

14 Microsoft SQL Server Microsoft has made an offer of approximately $400k to license the entire University starting July 1, to co-term with our Campus Agreement Cost is approximately $6/FTE (faculty, staff, and students) The University has reached a tipping point where licensing it for everyone will be cheaper than licensing it based on individual departmental need going forward.
