Warming centers are frequently directed to the circumstances of persons who are "unsheltered" due to a personal state of homelessness and who, for one reason or another, do not utilize existing homeless shelters. Impoverished: reduced to poverty. A vagrant or a vagabond: A vagrant could be described as being "a person without a settled home or regular work who wanders from place to place and lives by begging"; vagrancy is the condition of such persons. Beggars: a person who begs, esp one who lives by begging

Homelessness categorizes the condition of people without a regular dwelling because they are unable to acquire, maintain regular, safe, and adequate housing, or lack "fixed, regular, and adequate nighttime residence. 1.„ ON THE STREET“ Homeless without any shelter, bus stations. 2. „ SELF-MADE SHELTERS“ empty houses, tunnels, garden houses - living in small groups (migration) - specific rules - violence
