10 10 Transportation Contracts Automobiles & Light Trucks The 2005 State Contract is projected to be effective November 30, 2005. All production Hybrid, Alternative Fuel & Pursuit vehicles are included in the current bid. GMC has announced a December 15, 2005 Production Cutoff for the new GMC Silverado Hybrid Pickup.

11 11 Transportation Contracts Automobiles & Light Trucks Ford Motor Company is providing a very limited number of the Escape Hybrid SUV for Fleet Use and the Production cutoff for this vehicle will likely be within a day of the effective date of the State Contract. It is estimated Ford will only produce a total of 1,500.

12 12 Transportation Contracts Automobiles & Light Trucks Production Cutoff is the date the Manufacturer “cuts off” the ordering of a particular model vehicle. Cutoff Dates usually start occurring in March- April. Recommend Agencies have all vehicles ordered by the end of January. Contract prices include all delivery, environmental, title & registration costs.

13 13 Vehicle, Small Utility, ATVs & Motorcycles Contract is a two year contract Effective: 02/26/2004 through 02/25/2006 Sales FY- 03/04 : $2,000,000 Multiple award contract. Allows for a Manufacturer’s price increase at the one year point - February 26, 2005. Transportation Contracts

14 14 Tractors, Mowers & Cutters Contract is a two year multiple award contract Effective: 03/25/2004 through 02/28/2006 Sales FY- 03/04 : $5,000,000 Allows for a Manufacturer’s price increase at the one year point-February 28, 2005. Contract does not contain base prices for equipment. Purchasers must contact Contractor for quotation. Transportation Contracts

15 15 Transportation Contracts Construction/Industrial Equipment & Forklifts Effective: 06/01/2003 through 05/31/2005 Sales FY- 03/04 : $18,000,000 A portion of the Contract was recently renewed. Check Contract for availability. Purchasers must contact Contractor for quotations on options. Future contract will be single award, based on Total Cost of Ownership.

16 16 Tires Effective: 01/01/2003 through 02/28/2005 State Purchasing has requested to renew for an additional year. Sales FY- 03/04 : $18,000,000 Contractors: Bridgestone/Firestone, Goodyear Tire & Rubber and Michelin. Contract pricing includes all disposal & tire fees. Transportation Contracts
