4 © 2015 Citrix | Confidential – Content in this presentation is under NDA. Q: Could I upload any template that I want? A: Citrix provides the templates for partner usage. Unfortunately, at this time, Citrix partners are unable to upload their own templates to the Citrix MarketingIQ platform. 4

5 © 2015 Citrix | Confidential – Content in this presentation is under NDA. Q: Do partners have the same level of access as VAD's? Should we defer our partners here? A: Yes. Citrix partners have the same level of access as our Distributors have. There are several ways that a Distributor can run campaigns on behalf of the partners. Firstly, a Distributor can log in to Partner Central with the partners credentials and act and execute on behalf of the partner. This ensures that the partners leads are captured and delivered directly to the specific partner, allowing them direct visibility. The second option is for the Distributor to use their own account and run all partner activities through their account. This method limits the lead visibility to the partner and the Distributor will need to manually deliver these metrics and lead data to the partner owners. 5

A: You could add the link to the specific landing page and call-to-action to your website ensuring that all leads are captured from this particular activity. This is a great way to constantly promote the product and capture leads at the same time! 6

Q: I am a new marketing associate for Citrix, and I was just wondering if you could actually explain what these "campaigns" mean and the process. Are these campaigns you create and we use towards our customers? What are these campaigns and what do they actually do? A: These campaigns are essentially kits that Citrix puts together for our partners to execute to their customers and prospects. These campaigns are designed around the Citrix Demand Campaigns and Key Plays and offer partners a free solution for marketing to go-to-market with and promote Citrix products and solutions. Citrix partners can execute the email only, or generate leads by leveraging the landing pages and thank you pages, provided. 7

A: Currently, there is no way to integrate the two. Since Citrix Social is automated according to the focus’ that the partner sets, tweets according to MarketingIQ campaigns are separate and executed manually through Twitter. 8

In Canada, we have CASL and as a result we need to be cautious who we send mail to. A: Great question! While there is no integration with Constant Contact, as a Citrix partner leveraging Citrix MarketingIQ, you have the ability to upload ONLY the contacts that you want to contact and market to. Additionally, Citrix MarketingIQ manages all of your lists in your own private account, so no one sees your contact data, other than you. Another feature of CMIQ is that we manage the unsubscribes for you. If a recipient of one of your emails unsubscribes, the platform is intuitive enough to remove them from all future mailings that you set up and send. 9

Q: We have multiple ORG ID's - what if I want to do a national campaign - do I have to customize for each ORG ID or can I create a Master that will be in each ORG that I log into? We have 17 different ORG's. A: Citrix MarketingIQ logs you in based on the ORG that you are aligned with. However, you can run as many emails and campaigns from that master account to any list that you upload into the platform. In order for MarketingIQ to physically recognize separate ORG IDs, you would have to have a contact in each ORG log in separately. If there is a specific campaign that you want to be sure is targeted to those 17 separate ORGs, please work with the channel manager in your area, and we can help you create a campaign that is only visible to those 17 ORGs. 10

11 © 2015 Citrix | Confidential – Content in this presentation is under NDA. Q: When we deploy the email to a contact - what address would they see on the "send from?" A: The platform will automatically populate the “Send from” email address to the person logging into the platform. However, you can change this from address to represent anyone you’d like, as long as the domain is the same. For example, my account would populate sheralyn.felix@citrix.com. If I want it to represent my boss, John Doe, I could change the from to say, john.doe@citrix.com.sheralyn.felix@citrix.comjohn.doe@citrix.com 11

12 © 2015 Citrix | Confidential – Content in this presentation is under NDA. Q: Where are the contact lists populated from? Do we load our lists? Are these going to a Citrix list? A: The contact lists are populated by lists that you provide as a Citrix partner. There are several ways to add your lists into the platform. However, the most popular method is by leveraging the macro-enabled spreadsheet that is available for you to download in the contact list section of the platform. You will update and upload this spreadsheet, as needed. Citrix will never provide a list for you, unless you work with one of the vendors in Full Service Marketing for a list rental or purchase. 12

Q: With the canned campaigns, is it likely that Citrix customers will receive very similar looking web/email campaigns from multiple vendors? Should we be worried about not looking unique, or worse, looking like a copycat? A: This is a concern for all partners. The canned campaigns offer multiple images to choose from, as well as the ability to change the color, font and look and feel of all emails. We are currently working on building a wider selection of images to choose from, thus creating a broader differentiation for our partner base executing these campaigns from the CMIQ platform. 13
